Individual Therapy

Individual counseling sessions are typically 50 minutes long and are usually weekly, at least to start. The frequency of sessions will be adjusted based on the needs of the client. Areas of expertise and experience include:

  • Stress and Anger Management

  • Mindfulness Meditation

  • Self-Esteem, Self-worth

  • Codependency

  • Grief Counseling

  • Work and Career issues
