Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is not about finding who is to blame in your relationship, but to help you find where you are getting stuck. We will work together to help you find more effective ways to communicate, help you reconnect, and help you see that you both have a role not only in painful patterns of disconnection, but also in the joys of reconnection and repair. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and include both partners. The frequency of sessions is typically weekly to start and will spread out over time.
